ZUVO Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the ZUVO mobile application and related services. By using ZUVO, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ZUVO
ZUVO is an event discovery and engagement platform for students and participating colleges, universities and event organisers.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the service lawfully.
3. Events and Registration
Event information may be supplied by participating institutions and organisers. Dates, venues, eligibility and other details may change. Registration through ZUVO does not guarantee admission unless confirmed by the relevant organiser.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use ZUVO for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, transmit malicious code or spam, or misuse other users' information.
5. Intellectual Property
ZUVO software, design, branding and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Zhev Education and protected by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services
ZUVO may link to or use third-party services. Zhev Education is not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.
7. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, ZUVO is provided on an as-available basis and event information supplied by third parties is not guaranteed to be complete or current.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are violated or activity creates a security, legal or operational risk.
10. Changes
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India.
